As one voice, they praised Hashem, and the house was filled with a cloud.
וַיְהִי כְאֶחָד לַמְחַצְּרִים וְלַמְשֹׁרְרִים לְהַשְׁמִיעַ קוֹל אֶחָד לְהַלֵּל וּלְהֹדוֹת לַה' וּכְהָרִים קוֹל בַּחֲצֹצְרוֹת וּבִמְצִלְתַּיִם וּבִכְלֵי הַשִּׁיר וּבְהַלֵּל לַה' כִּי טוֹב כִּי לְעוֹלָם חַסְדּוֹ וְהַבַּיִת מָלֵא עָנָן בֵּית ה'׃

"The trumpeters and the singers were as one, sounding one voice to praise and thank Hashem; and as they raised the sound of trumpets and cymbals and instruments of song, praising Hashem, 'for He is good, for His kindness is forever,' the house was filled with a cloud, the House of Hashem."

When Shlomo finished praying, fire came down from heaven.
וּכְכַלּוֹת שְׁלֹמֹה לְהִתְפַּלֵּל וְהָאֵשׁ יָרְדָה מֵהַשָּׁמַיִם וַתֹּאכַל הָעֹלָה וְהַזְּבָחִים וּכְבוֹד ה' מָלֵא אֶת הַבָּיִת׃
דברי הימים ב ז:א
"When Shlomo finished praying, fire came down from heaven and consumed the olah and the offerings, and the glory of Hashem filled the house."

וְכֹל בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל רֹאִים בְּרֶדֶת הָאֵשׁ וּכְבוֹד ה' עַל הַבָּיִת וַיִּכְרְעוּ אַפַּיִם אַרְצָה עַל הָרִצְפָה וַיִּשְׁתַּחֲווּ וְהֹדוֹת לַה' כִּי טוֹב כִּי לְעוֹלָם חַסְדּוֹ׃

"All of Bnei Yisrael saw the fire come down and the glory of Hashem upon the house, and they knelt with their faces to the ground on the stone pavement and bowed, and gave thanks to Hashem: for He is good, for His kindness is forever."
