He raises the staff, and the river turns to blood.
וַיַּעֲשׂוּ־כֵן מֹשֶׁה וְאַהֲרֹן כַּאֲשֶׁר צִוָּה ה' וַיָּרֶם בַּמַּטֶּה וַיַּךְ אֶת־הַמַּיִם אֲשֶׁר בַּיְאֹר לְעֵינֵי פַרְעֹה וּלְעֵינֵי עֲבָדָיו וַיֵּהָפְכוּ כׇּל־הַמַּיִם אֲשֶׁר־בַּיְאֹר לְדָם׃
שמות ז:כ
"Moshe and Aharon did as Hashem commanded. He raised the staff and struck the water in the Nile before the eyes of Pharaoh and his servants, and all the water in the Nile turned to blood."
Exodus 7:20
They come up into the ovens and the kneading bowls.
וְשָׁרַץ הַיְאֹר צְפַרְדְּעִים וְעָלוּ וּבָאוּ בְּבֵיתֶךָ וּבַחֲדַר מִשְׁכָּבְךָ וְעַל־מִטָּתֶךָ וּבְבֵית עֲבָדֶיךָ וּבְעַמֶּךָ וּבְתַנּוּרֶיךָ וּבְמִשְׁאֲרוֹתֶיךָ׃

"The Nile will swarm with frogs, and they will come up into your house, into your bedroom and onto your bed, into the houses of your servants and your people, into your ovens and your kneading bowls."
Exodus 8:3
He strikes the dust, and the dust becomes lice.
וַיַּעֲשׂוּ־כֵן וַיֵּט אַהֲרֹן אֶת־יָדוֹ בְמַטֵּהוּ וַיַּךְ אֶת־עֲפַר הָאָרֶץ וַתְּהִי הַכִּנָּם בָּאָדָם וּבַבְּהֵמָה כׇּל־עֲפַר הָאָרֶץ הָיָה כִנִּים בְּכׇל־אֶרֶץ מִצְרָיִם׃
שמות ח:יג
"And they did so. Aharon stretched out his hand with his staff and struck the dust of the earth, and there was lice on man and beast. All the dust of the earth turned to lice throughout the land of Egypt."
Exodus 8:17
The beasts come into Pharaoh's own house.
וַיַּעַשׂ ה' כֵּן וַיָּבֹא עָרֹב כָּבֵד בֵּיתָה פַרְעֹה וּבֵית עֲבָדָיו וּבְכׇל־אֶרֶץ מִצְרַיִם תִּשָּׁחֵת הָאָרֶץ מִפְּנֵי הֶעָרֹב׃
שמות ח:כ
"And Hashem did so. A heavy swarm of wild beasts came into the house of Pharaoh and the houses of his servants, and throughout the land of Egypt the land was ruined before the swarm."
Exodus 8:24
All the livestock of Egypt die, and not one of Israel's.
וַיַּעַשׂ ה' אֶת־הַדָּבָר הַזֶּה מִמׇּחֳרָת וַיָּמׇת כֹּל מִקְנֵה מִצְרָיִם וּמִמִּקְנֵה בְנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵל לֹא־מֵת אֶחָד׃
שמות ט:ו
"Hashem did this thing the next day, and all the livestock of Egypt died. But of the livestock of the children of Israel, not one died."
Exodus 9:6
Soot thrown toward the sky becomes boils on the skin.
וַיִּקְחוּ אֶת־פִּיחַ הַכִּבְשָׁן וַיַּעַמְדוּ לִפְנֵי פַּרְעֹה וַיִּזְרֹק אֹתוֹ מֹשֶׁה הַשָּׁמָיְמָה וַיְהִי שְׁחִין אֲבַעְבֻּעֹת פֹּרֵחַ בָּאָדָם וּבַבְּהֵמָה׃
שמות ט:י
"They took soot of the furnace and stood before Pharaoh, and Moshe threw it toward the heavens, and it became boils erupting in blisters on man and beast."
Exodus 9:10
Hail falls with fire burning inside it.
וַיְהִי בָרָד וְאֵשׁ מִתְלַקַּחַת בְּתוֹךְ הַבָּרָד כָּבֵד מְאֹד אֲשֶׁר לֹא־הָיָה כָמֹהוּ בְּכׇל־אֶרֶץ מִצְרַיִם מֵאָז הָיְתָה לְגוֹי׃
שמות ט:כד
"There was hail, and fire flaming within the hail, very heavy, such as had never been in all the land of Egypt since it became a nation."
Exodus 9:24
The swarm covers the land until nothing green is left.
וַיְכַס אֶת־עֵין כׇּל־הָאָרֶץ וַתֶּחְשַׁךְ הָאָרֶץ וַיֹּאכַל אֶת־כׇּל־עֵשֶׂב הָאָרֶץ וְאֵת כׇּל־פְּרִי הָעֵץ אֲשֶׁר הוֹתִיר הַבָּרָד וְלֹא־נוֹתַר כׇּל־יֶרֶק בָּעֵץ וּבְעֵשֶׂב הַשָּׂדֶה בְּכׇל־אֶרֶץ מִצְרָיִם׃
שמות י:טו
"They covered the face of the whole land until the land was darkened, and they ate every plant of the land and all the fruit of the trees that the hail had left. Nothing green remained, on tree or plant of the field, in all the land of Egypt."
Exodus 10:15
A darkness thick enough to be felt.
לֹא־רָאוּ אִישׁ אֶת־אָחִיו וְלֹא־קָמוּ אִישׁ מִתַּחְתָּיו שְׁלֹשֶׁת יָמִים וּלְכׇל־בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל הָיָה אוֹר בְּמוֹשְׁבֹתָם׃
שמות י:כג
"No man could see his brother, and no man rose from his place for three days. But for all the children of Israel there was light in their dwellings."
Exodus 10:23
The blood is on the door, and it passes over.
וְעָבַר ה' לִנְגֹּף אֶת־מִצְרַיִם וְרָאָה אֶת־הַדָּם עַל־הַמַּשְׁקוֹף וְעַל שְׁתֵּי הַמְּזוּזֹת וּפָסַח ה' עַל־הַפֶּתַח וְלֹא יִתֵּן הַמַּשְׁחִית לָבֹא אֶל־בָּתֵּיכֶם לִנְגֹּף׃
שמות יב:כג
"Hashem will pass through to strike Egypt, and He will see the blood on the lintel and on the two doorposts, and Hashem will pass over the entrance and will not let the destroyer come into your houses to strike."
