Naaman in the Jordan

Naaman, commander of the army of Aram, was a mighty warrior, and he had tzaraas. He came to Elisha with his horses and chariot and stopped at the door. Elisha did not even come out. He sent a messenger with a simple instruction.

"Naaman came with his horses and his chariot and stood at the door of Elisha's house. Elisha sent a messenger to him, saying, 'Go and wash seven times in the Jordan, and your flesh will be restored to you, and you will be pure.'"

Melachim Beis 5:9-10

Naaman was furious that the navi had not come out to him. But his servants talked him down, and he went to the Jordan. He dipped seven times, and his skin came back like the skin of a young boy.

"He went down and immersed himself in the Jordan seven times, according to the word of the man of God, and his flesh was restored like the flesh of a young boy, and he was pure."

Melachim Beis 5:14
