וַיִּקַּח שֵׁשׁ־מֵאוֹת רֶכֶב בָּחוּר וְכֹל רֶכֶב מִצְרָיִם וְשָׁלִשִׁם עַל־כֻּלּוֹ׃
שמות יד:ז
"And he took six hundred chosen chariots, and all the chariots of Egypt, with officers over all of them."
Exodus 14:7
Speak to Bnei Yisrael, and let them go forward.
וַיֹּאמֶר ה' אֶל־מֹשֶׁה מַה־תִּצְעַק אֵלָי דַּבֵּר אֶל־בְּנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵל וְיִסָּעוּ׃

"And Hashem said to Moshe: Why do you cry out to Me? Speak to Bnei Yisrael, and let them go forward."
Exodus 14:15
A strong east wind, all night.
וַיֵּט מֹשֶׁה אֶת־יָדוֹ עַל־הַיָּם וַיּוֹלֶךְ ה' אֶת־הַיָּם בְּרוּחַ קָדִים עַזָּה כָּל־הַלַּיְלָה וַיָּשֶׂם אֶת־הַיָּם לֶחָרָבָה וַיִּבָּקְעוּ הַמָּיִם׃
שמות יד:כא
"And Moshe stretched out his hand over the sea, and Hashem drove the sea back with a strong east wind all night, and turned the sea to dry land; and the waters split."
Exodus 14:21
A wall on their right and on their left.
וַיָּבֹאוּ בְנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵל בְּתוֹךְ הַיָּם בַּיַּבָּשָׁה וְהַמַּיִם לָהֶם חֹמָה מִימִינָם וּמִשְּׂמֹאלָם׃
שמות יד:כב
"And Bnei Yisrael came into the midst of the sea on dry land, and the waters were a wall for them on their right and on their left."
Exodus 14:22
The sea returned to its strength.
וַיָּשֻׁבוּ הַמַּיִם וַיְכַסּוּ אֶת־הָרֶכֶב וְאֶת־הַפָּרָשִׁים לְכֹל חֵיל פַּרְעֹה הַבָּאִים אַחֲרֵיהֶם בַּיָּם לֹא־נִשְׁאַר בָּהֶם עַד־אֶחָד׃
שמות יד:כח
"And the waters returned and covered the chariots and the horsemen, all the army of Pharaoh that had come after them into the sea; not one of them remained."
